The staff were incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating.

The room was attractive, absolutely great and with view. Suburban location so close to business district restaurants close by plenty of places to walk as well as corporate park area and nearby shops, restaurants, it was in a great area.

Good service and good value.

I loved this hotel, it was stunningly beautiful. One of the advantages - a decent size and well-appointed rooms; they included a tub and separate wc. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, pretty friendly, did all they can for a fairly nice stay. The service was good during my stay. The pool was nice. The location was marvellous, just next door to corporate park area and nearby shops, business district restaurants, and the shops.

Everything was simply wonderful. Clean hotel, I enjoyed great and courteous stuff. The room was more than attractive and marvelous and included a luxurious bathroom. The property was in a suburban location next to golf course. Moreover, it was adjacent to Charlotte/Ballantyne as well as restaurants and stores.

The hotel is on a great and amazing location near nearby shopping and restaurants, the golf course and the airport.

It was great time in Charlotte. Fashionable and huge room with free Wi-Fi was all we needed. The hotel's location was suburban, near to the Ballantyne area of Charlotte.

I was satisfied with the perfect room, there were a bathtub and separate wc just in case. The location was awesome, relatively close to The Bulls.

The place was stunningly beautiful and fairly clean. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a nice view. The location was suburban, awesome in the sleeping quarters. Popped in Bad Daddy's Burger Bar for shots before sleep, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Excellant service, just what we needed.

Loved a safe box, multi-channel television, and a fridge in the room. We had particularly nice view of city.

Awesome overall experience. Brand-new hotel with great staff. Absolutely great and marvelous rooms with view and excellent service. The pool area is heated too. The quick check-in. Marvellous and amazing location to Reclining Bulls Statue. A wide array of food options just a short stroll away from the venue.
